Our animal hospitalisation wards are secure, warm and comfortable with cats and dogs kept separately to minimise stress. You are welcome to visit your pet by arrangement if a stay at the surgery is necessary. |

Consultations
All consultations are by appointment only. We do try and keep as close as possible to appointment times, however, there are instances when cases are longer and more complex than others and also the odd emergency presents itself which can increase waiting times.
Emergencies
The practice provides a 24 hour emergency service every day throughout the year. This service is carried out at the Truro vet practice due to the availability of equipment needed to treat your pet. Please ring our normal number and listen the to answer phone message that will give you the on call vets number.
All surgical procedures and in patient care are carried out at the Truro premises, transportation of your pet to and from our St Agnes and Perranporth vet branches is available for your convenience.
Telephone Advice
We will always endeavour to provide you with up to date advice and information to your queries over the phone, however most clinical problems are better dealt with by bringing your pet to the practice.
General Advice
Our staff will always be very happy to provide you with information or advice reguarding preventative healthcare, pre-op and post-op care, administering medications, bandage/dressing care, vaccination/worming and flea treatment, pet passports, training and behaviour
House Visits
House visits can be arranged, however please be aware that there will be an extra charge for this on top of the consulatation fee and medication as required.
Surgical Procedures and In-Patient Care
All surgical procedures and in-patient care are carried out at the Truro premises. Transportation of your pet may possibly be arranged to and from out St.Agnes and Perranporth branches depending on which day of the week it is.
